Our 30-day money back guarantee is available to customers who made purchases through getpurtorque.com and is limited to the first 30 days following the order placement.  If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within in writing at the following email address:  info@getpuretorque.com

Your email must include the following:

  1. Name of Purchaser 
  2. Address Shipped to 
  3. Last 4 Digits of Payment Method
  4. Reason for Return or Refund

Customer Service will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours of receiving the initial email.  Please do not send the item back until you’ve receive the RMA and return instructions

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited back to the same payment source within 10 business days of approval email date.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping your product back for refund or exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
